SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS 
We offer free worldwide standard shipping on all of our items regardless of your order size/cost. All orders come with tracking unless otherwise specified so you know exactly where your order is. The majority of orders will be processed the same business day. Most orders will be shipped out within 14-23 business days. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment is received. 
SHIPPING TIME
Please refer to the shipping information specified on the item description at the bottom. Most of our shipping time is 2-3 weeks but this can vary (certain countries will receive it in the same week, others may take slightly longer). Please be aware of this when placing an order.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES 
All customs, taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient and we cannot in any way take responsibility for them. The prices displayed on the website do not factor in if there are any import costs. As these amounts go directly and solely to your government, we are not receiving any of these amounts and therefore will not be liable for them. As these costs do vary for different parts of the world and can vary themselves if your government changes them, we cannot provide an estimate of what these costs may be. 

REFUND POLICY

Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition / is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
